How does the bias customisation work?
Pick any member from the buy box — RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V or Jungkook — and we'll print their name on the back with their birth-year number (RM 94, Jin 92, Suga 93, J-Hope 94, Jimin 95, V 95, Jungkook 97). Want OT7? Pick "Bangtan 07". Or type any custom name and number in the boxes — we'll send a proof before printing.
How long does shipping take?
Custom jerseys are made-to-order and ship within 2–3 working days. UK orders then take 5–8 working days; EU takes 7–10 working days; rest of the world 10–14 working days. Tracking details land in your inbox the moment your jersey leaves the studio. Order today to get yours by 28 May – 1 June.
What's your returns policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Because each jersey is custom made for you, we ask that returns are unworn and in original condition. If anything's off with your order, message us — we'll make it right within 24 hours.
How does the jersey fit?
Our Arirang jersey is cut for an oversized, drop-shoulder concert fit (S–2XL unisex). Most ARMY stay true to size for that classic stadium silhouette, or size down one for a more fitted look. Full chest and length measurements are in the size guide above.
How do I care for my jersey?
Machine wash cold inside-out on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and don't iron directly on the print or mesh. Air-dry flat for the longest life — done right, the colour and stitching stay sharp for years.
