Will I get hit with customs or surprise fees?

No — this is independent fan art, designed by ARMY for ARMY 💜. Just like every photocard shop, fan-made pin maker, or unofficial merch stall you've ever loved. The design is ours; the love for Bangtan is universal. We're not affiliated with HYBE, BIGHIT Music or BTS, and we're proud of that — it means we can print your bias's name without 14 weeks of corporate sign-off.
Will the print survive washing?
Yes — we use direct-to-garment (DTG) inks bonded into the cotton/mesh weave, tested through 20 wash cycles with no fading or cracking. Wash inside-out in cold water on gentle, don't tumble dry, don't iron directly on the print. Done right, the colour and stitching stay sharp for years.
What if it doesn't fit?
Our jerseys use UK sizing (S = UK 8–10, M = UK 10–12, etc.) — not the small Asian-fit defaults Weverse and AliExpress use. Personalised items are final sale, but if we made the mistake (wrong size sent, wrong name printed) we reprint free, no questions asked. Check the size guide above before ordering — message us if unsure.
How long does the customisation take?
2–3 working days in our London studio. Each jersey is printed when you order — we don't hold stock of names, which means longer wait than a regular tee but a sharper finish and no risk of a member-name typo sitting in a box. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment it leaves us.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes — up to 1 hour after placing your order. After that we've already queued your bias's name and started printing, so cancellations aren't possible. Same applies to changing the name, size, or shipping address. Take 30 seconds to double-check before clicking Buy.
Can I pay in instalments?
